BankMeridian Moves To New Main Street Location in Spartanburg

Columbia, SC - BankMeridian, headquartered in Columbia, SC, is proud to announce its move on October 5, 2009 into a new permanent location at 320 East Main Street in downtown Spartanburg. BankMeridian currently has two other locations in the state, with an office in Columbia, and another on Hilton Head Island.

The Bank's new location will anchor the ground floor of a recently built 82,000 square foot four-story office building on the corner of Main Street and Alabama Street. Developed by Johnson Development Associates, the new location will give BankMeridian additional space and increased visibility, while providing its clients the added convenience of a drive-thru window. In addition, the move will put BankMeridian in the heart of Spartanburg's business district.

BankMeridian Regional President Brian Murdoch, a native of Spartanburg with 15 years banking experience, says he is thrilled about the move and the opportunities that lie ahead for the Bank. "We are extremely excited to be moving into this larger new setting," states Brian.
